Here you will find two classic (secret) blends of Arabica coffee specifically blended to extract under pressure. IMO, the best methodology for extraction of these coffee is espressos but, a Moka pot works well too. These coffees can hold their own in any milk or plant based “milkish” product you choose. No Robusta beans were used in these blends which is somewhat surprising to most folks. The Classic Espresso Blend is constructed to mimic the fine Italian flavors you may find on any street corner in Italy. A robust cup with balanced acids and smooth finish. Many customers tell me that the Classic Espresso Blend hits the mark and brings back happy memories of Italian vacations.
Ethiopiques is a blend of Ethiopian coffees to highlight classic Ethiopian chocolate, dark berry and sweet honey accents found in many African varietals. These coffees have become long term staples here at the 144 Roastery and, as long as I can get the components to blend these coffees, I will offer them for your espresso pleasures.
